Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel an order or request a refund for Thekua purchased from Evening Stop.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only considered if the request is made within 1 day (24 hours) of placing the order.

Cancellation requests made after this period will not be eligible for processing.

Product Issues

As Thekua is a food product, it does not come with a manufacturer’s warranty. However, if there are any issues related to the quality or condition of the product upon delivery, please contact us immediately.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved by Evening Stop, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
